Every car from Zimbrick Automotive Group comes with a 12-month warranty covering unexpected mechanical and electrical failure under normal private use.
Routine service items, wear-and-tear, accidental damage, neglect and modifications beyond manufacturer specification are not covered. All claims require pre-authorization before work begins.

This 14-day return period is a voluntary policy offered by Zimbrick Automotive Group, not a right granted by federal or state law. There is no general right to cancel a vehicle purchase in the United States, and the FTC's three-day Cooling-Off Rule does not apply to motor vehicles. We offer it because you buy from us online without seeing the vehicle first.
The policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the law of your state, including any implied warranties that your state does not permit us to disclaim. The FTC Buyers Guide supplied with your vehicle sets out its warranty status and forms part of your purchase contract; where the Buyers Guide and this page differ, the Buyers Guide controls.
Where a vehicle is sold on consignment on behalf of its owner, we remain the seller for the purposes of your contract, and your rights and point of contact are unchanged.
